James McConnell (cont.) Mr. Sloan asks for clarification as to whether a home owners association would be involved in the development Mr. McConnell asks about splitting the land multiple times Mr. Sloan provides guidance on subdivisions Chairman Rega provides guidance on multiple lot splits via Bay County Mr. McConnel expresses concern over the cost of storm water mitigation Chairman Rega an understanding for protected trees and that a full survey should provide all required to provide approval to move forward Mr. McConnell asks for clarification for the official plat A discussion ensues among the council Chairman Rega suggests that section 4, 5 and 6 would be beneficial to understand the step by step process for development No audience input was provided ANNOUNCEMENTS Mr. Robicheaux provides an update on the light manufacturing for the LDR’s Mr. Stryker states concerns for the large development requiring a performance bond to make sure the outcomes of the project occur Mr. Sloan provides guidance on the use of performance bonds with regard to a development order A discussion ensues among the council regarding the process for a stop order versus code enforcement City clerk provides an update on the code officer ADJOURNMENT If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, if an appeal is available, such person will need a record of the proceeding and such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be made.
