APPROVAL OF MINUTES – October 3, 2023
Ms. Galbreath makes a motion to accept the minutes with changes. Ms. Barrow seconds the motion. Council unanimously approves the
motion.
ADDITION OR DELETIONS TO AGENDA-
As a deletion, Mayor Kelly states that agenda item two will not be heard tonight
As an addition, Mr. Summerlin provides an update for the road re-surfacing project on Lake dr and asks council for approval to increase
the cost by approximately $26,566.60 for additional demolition of 75” of road and not to exceed $30,00 after the engineers review
Ms. Barrow provides a motion to approve the request with Ms. Gibson providing a second
The council unanimously approves the motion

1. GILSTRAP LOT DIVISION
Mr. Chaudry requested that the council approve a lot split
Mayor Kelly confirms that the request had previously been seen by the planning commission
Ms. Galbreath asks for clarification on the request being for a lot split only
Ms. Barrow makes a motion that the counsel approve the lot split with Ms. Galbreath seconding the motion
Council votes unanimously to approve the motion
2. ADMINISTRATIVE VEHICLE PURCHASE
This item is deleted from the agenda
3. DISCUSSION OF SPORTS COMPLEX WORKSHOP
The council engages in discussion related to a date for the sports complex workshop discussion arriving on the 25th of October at 5:30pm

Ms. Barrow provides information related to the history of Parker and the small town of Pittsburg that became Parker after incorporation
Ms. Barrow also provides information about the Christmas Tree lighting on December 2, 2023 with the City of Parker Christmas party on
December 9th for city employees, city volunteer firefighters, city council, and volunteer committee members
