APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES - January 31, 2023
Mr. Tindell provides motion to approve the minutes with Mr. Merritt providing
the second. The motion is passed with unanimous consent for the members present

Discussion of meeting dates and reappointments
A discussion ensues among the committee as to the application for infrastructure as well as issues with the next meeting
on October 31, 2023. Additionally, it was discussed that the planning meeting schedule may be flexible.
Update on paving projects
Mr. Summerlin provides update on road paving with proposed bids to be put out on June 6 and returned by July 18. He
states that Stratford and Dover may be the next focus for infrastructure.
Mr. Tindell asks for clarification of spreadsheet.
Mr. Summerlin provides clarity on the past and future focus for infrastructure and the need for additional funding for
road paving .

Ms. Fousek inquires as to Bay County voting in 2024 vs. 2026
Inquires as to difference in expense for 2017 manhole cover project
Mr. Summerlin provides clarity for increase in manhole cover project expense
Mr. Summerlin provides an update on the SRF project
Mr. Merritt provides an update for helping with the grant writer process
A discussion ensues among the committee and the audience about possible changes to be made to the infrastructure
project task list as well as an update to the damage for the city streets
Ms. Morris inquires to Park and North Lakewood and the water that gathers
Mr. Summerlin explains that this is caused by a heat pump draining
