The motion carried unanimously. ADOPTION OF MINUTES MIN 15-018 Adoption of the May 19, 2015 unadopted regular Governance and Priorities Committee meeting minutes Proposed Motion That the May 19, 2015 Governance and Priorities Committee meeting minutes be adopted, as presented. COMMUNICATIONS COM 15-033 AAMDC Contact Newsletter Proposed Motion That the AAMDC Contact Newsletter be received for information, as presented. A motion was made by Council Member John McNab that the May 27, 2015 AAMDC Contact Newsletter be accepted for information, as presented. The motion carried unanimously. NEW BUSINESS Development Services Matters RFD 15-068 Parkland County Safety Codes Service Delivery Options Proposed Motions 1) That the GPC accept Mr. Lee Danchuk's (the consultant) and Administration's reporting of the 'Safety Codes Service Model Analysis' as information. 2) That the GPC direct Administration to bring forward to Council as part of the 2016 Budget a detailed Business Plan with full cost accounting that implements a combination of Model 1 (Bring all safety code services in-house) and Model 2 (formation of an Accredited Agency) for safety code service delivery by Parkland County to become effective January 1, 2016. A motion was made by Council Member Darrell Hollands that the Governance and Priorities Committee accept Mr. Lee Danchuk's and Administration's report of the Safety Codes Service Model Analysis as information, as presented. The motion carried unanimously. A motion was made by Council Member Phyllis Kobasiuk the the Governance and Priorities Committee direct Administration to bring forward to Council as part of the 2016 Budget a detailed Business Plan with full cost accounting that implements a combination of Model 1 and Model 2 for safety code service delivery by Parkland County to become effective January 1, 2016 as presented. The motion carried unanimously. A motion was made by Council Member Darrell Hollands that the Alternative Land Use Services (ALUS) Program update presentation be received as information, as presented. The motion carried unanimously. A motion was made by Council Member John McNab that the Committee Reports be accepted for information as follows: 1.Council Member Tracey Melynk attended the Alberta Health Services Ambulance Building opening and the Municipal Library Board.
