Notice of Public Hearing Pasadena Economic Development Corporation In accordance with the Development Corporation Act, Section 505.159(a) of the Texas Local Government Code, a public hearing will be held by the Pasadena Economic Development Corporation, a Type B economic development corporation, on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 3:00 P.M. in the Pre-Council Conference Room, located at 1149 Ellsworth Drive, Pasadena, Texas, to consider and take action upon the following project: Contract with MBN Enterprises, LLC. for Pasadena Blvd. Phase I SH 225 to Harris Ave. (CIP# S077) for a total appropriation of $16,145,575.95. It is requested that you make your views known, either in person or by writing to the Pasadena Economic Development Corporation.
