Curling, Secretary read the following notice into record: IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 231 PUBLIC LAWS OF 1975, ADEQUATE NOTICE OF THIS MEETING WAS PROVIDED BY RESOLUTION OF THE PASSAIC PARKING AUTHORITY ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 18, 2019 SETTING FORTH A SCHEDULE OF REGULAR MEETINGS FOR THE YEAR 2020 WHICH WAS PUBLISHED AND PLACED ON THE CITY HALL BULLETIN BOARD BY THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK. OR ANYTIME THEREAFTER TO DISCUSS PENDING LITIGATION; CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS AND PERSONNEL MATTER. ROLL CALL PRESENT: COMMISSIONER(S) PEREZ,RITZ,SHPILSKY, BUCKSTEIN ABSENT: COMMISSIONER(S) ALLEN BALBI -------------------------------- 1 Parking Authority Minutes: December 16, 2020 On motion by Commissioner Perez and seconded by Commissioner Ritz the CY 2021 Parking Authority Budget was approved, all members voting “AYE” as the roll was called. 2021 ADOPTED BUDGET RESOLUTION Budget Adoption Resolution No. PA20-10-011 Passaic Parking Authority (Name) AUTHORITY FISCAL YEAR: FROM: January 1, 2021 TO: December 31, 2021 WHEREAS, the Annual Budget and Capital Budget/Program for the Passaic Parking Authority for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2021 and ending, December 31, 2021 has been presented for adoption before the governing body of the Passaic Parking Authority at its open public meeting of October 21, 2020; and WHEREAS, the Annual Budget and Capital Budget as presented for adoption reflects each item of revenue and appropriation in the same amount and title as set forth in the introduced and approved budget, including all amendments thereto, if any, which have been approved by the Director of the Division of Local Government Services; and WHEREAS, the Annual Budget as introduced reflects Total Revenues of $930,000, Total Appropriations, including any Accumulated Deficit if any, of $965,000 and Total Unrestricted Net Position utilized of $35,000; and WHEREAS, the Capital Budget as introduced reflects Total Capital Appropriations of $1,200,000 and Total Unrestricted Net Position planned to be utilized as funding thereof, of $-0-; and NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the governing body of Passaic Parking Authority, at an open public meeting held on December 16, 2020 that the Annual Budget and Capital Budget/Program of the Passaic Parking Authority for the fiscal year beginning, January 1, 2021 and, ending, December 31, 2021 is hereby adopted and shall constitute appropriations for the purposes stated; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Annual Budget and Capital Budget/Program as presented for adoption reflects each item of revenue and appropriation in the same amount and title as set forth in the introduced and approved budget, including all amendments thereto, if any, which have been approved by the Director of the Division of Local Government Services.
