CITY OF PASSAIC PLANNING BOARD AGENDA The Planning Board will hold their regular meeting on Wednesday, March 27th, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 330 Passaic Street, Passaic, New Jersey to consider the following: 1. Docket #PB19-01, 26 Jefferson, 4075.01, Lot #2,3,35.01,37.01,39-44 & 47, in the Eastside Redevelopment Area, applicant IDIL Passaic LLC is requesting preliminary and final major site plan approval to convert an empty lot into a warehouse distribution center on 7.033 Acres, inclusive of 105, 524 sq. ft. of warehouse space and 5,587 sq. ft. of office space, parking, loading docks, trailer storage, internal roadway circulation and landscaping improvement, along any with other variances and/or waivers that may be required. FIRST APPEARANCE. THIS MATTER HAS BEEN CARRIED AND WILL BE HEARD AT A REGULARLY SCHEDULED PUBLIC MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 3RD, 2019 AT 7:30 P.M.
