CITY OF PASSAIC RENT LEVELING BOARD RESOLUTION NO. RL 25-02-004 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 2025 MEETING SCHEDULE OF THE CITY OF PASSAIC RENT LEVELING BOARD WHEREAS, the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act (N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq.) requires that public bodies establish and publish an annual schedule of regular meetings; and WHEREAS, the City of Passaic Rent Leveling Board conducts regular meetings to address matters related to rent control and tenant-landlord regulations within the City of Passaic; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Passaic Rent Leveling Board shall hold its regular monthly meetings at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 330 Passaic Street, Passaic, New Jersey, on the following dates: 2025 RENT LEVELING BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE Thursday, March 6, 2025 Thursday, September 11, 2025 Thursday, April 3, 2025 Thursday, October 9, 2025 Thursday, May 1, 2025 Thursday, November 13, 2025 Thursday, June 5, 2025 Thursday, December 11, 2025 Thursday, July 10, 2025 Arthur G.
