Aybar is seeking preliminary & final site plan approval and D (5) Density Variance to convert an existing two-family dwelling damaged in a fire into a three-family dwelling unit. This application will also require variances for lot area, lot width, lot coverage, front yard, left side yard and right side yard setbacks and any other variances and/or waivers that may be required.
