Holcomb Bridge Road Corridor Redevelopment Assessment - presentation by Redevelopment Authority - Shaun Adams presented an update analysis on the Holcomb Bridge Road Corridor that included Apartments, Commercial Properties, Crooked Creek Trail, Zoning Incentives and Crime Statistics. He also presented the council with recommendation and next steps. 2. Investment Strategy Presentation from Dana Investment Advisors - Cory Salley, Finance Director introduce a representative from Dana Investment Advisors to the Mayor and Council who presented three updates they recommend to the City's investment policy. This item will be before them at the next Council meeting. 3. Construction contract - Riverlands Corners Connector (East Jones Bridge Road)- Greg Ramsey, Public Works Director, informed the Mayor and Council that the lowest construction bid came from Peach State Construction. Consideration of
