Comprehensive Plan 2045 - update - Representatives from Kimley Horn presented an update on 2024 Comprehensive Plan which included a timeline, land use and a completed community outreach for the project. Holcomb Bridge Road Corridor Overlay Zoning Standards Draft - Representatives from Pond & Company presented proposed zoning standards for the Holcomb Bridge Road Corridor. This item will be on the agenda at the July 25, 2023 Council meeting. 4. Dog Park - Seth Yurman, Assistant City Manager, gave a brief overview of the proposed dog park to be located at the Town Center. This item will be on the agenda at the July 25, 2023 Council meeting.
