operate a store with outside storage at 5760 Highway 80 E, Pearl, Mississippi 39208 should
be granted.
John Michael Holcomb appeared on behalf of Tractor Supply Company Store. Community
Development Director, Brad Robertston recommended that the request should be
approved.No one spoke in opposition. Motion was made by Alderman Foy and seconded by
Alderman Knight to approve the request from Tractor Supply Company Store for a
Conditional Use Permit to allow them to operate a store with outside storage at 5760
Highway 80 E, Pearl, Mississippi 39208. The following members of the Board of Alderman
voted in favor of the Motion which became the Order of the Board:

Inc to operate a Cannabis Testing Laboratory at 185 Country Place Parkway, Suite 720
