Item #1 – Meeting called to order: The meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order by Mayor Edward Hotchkiss at 1:15 p.m. The following members of the Board of Trustees were present: Mayor Hotchkiss, Trustees Morris, Marciona, Lewis, Marty, McGoldrick The following members of the Board of Trustees were absent: Trustee Mohan Village staff in attendance: None Item #2 – Pledge of Allegiance: None Board of Trustees Special Meeting Saturday, February 11, 2012 Reports Item #3- Mayor Hotchkiss’s Report: None Item #4- Trustees Reports: None Item #5- Village Administrator’s Report: None Item #6- Public Comment: None Item #7- Non-Recurring Items: None Item #8- Reports and Other Business: None Item #9- Recurring Items: None Item #10- Adjournment to Executive Session A motion was made by Trustee Morris with a second by Trustee McGoldrick to adjourn the public portion of the Board meeting and go into Executive Session to discuss a possible sale of village property at 1:15 p.m., after which time the Board would adjourn for the evening.
