Executive Session Minutes Village of Pelham Board of Trustees April 27, 2021 An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Pelham, NY was held on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 via Zoom videoconference, pursuant to Executive Order 202.1 issued by Governor Andrew Cuomo on March 12, 2020. On a motion by Trustee Solomon, seconded by Trustee Hill-Ries, the Village Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session at 7:01 PM to discuss collective bargaining negotiations pursuant to article fourteen of the civil service law. The following officials were present: Mayor Mullen Deputy Mayor Carpenter Village Trustee Eldahry Village Trustee Hill-Ries Village Trustee McGreal Village Trustee Solomon Village Trustee Spira-Cohen Acting Village Administrator/Village Treasurer Christopher Scelza Also present: Vincent Toomey Esq., Law Office of Vincent Toomey No action was taken. On a motion by Trustee Solomon, seconded by Trustee Hill-Ries, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn the Executive Session at 7:25 PM.
