Executive Session Minutes Village of Pelham Board of Trustees December 14, 2021 An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Pelham, NY was held on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 via Zoom videoconference, pursuant to Part E of Chapter 417 of the Laws of 2021. On a motion by Trustee Solomon, seconded by Trustee Otondi, the Village Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session at 09:23 PM to discuss personnel matters related to the position of Assistant to the Village Administrator and status of Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations with the Police Department. The following officials were present: Mayor Mullen Deputy Mayor/Village Trustee Carpenter Village Trustee McGreal Village Trustee Otondi Village Trustee Solomon Village Administrator/Treasurer Christopher Scelza No action was taken. On a motion by Trustee Solomon, seconded by Trustee McGreal, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn the Executive Session at 09:55 PM.
