Whereas, pursuant to § 5-508 of the New York State Village Law, the Board of Trustees has adopted the Village Budget for the fiscal year commencing June 1, 2022 and ending May 31, 2023; and Whereas, such budget as adopted establishes a general Village Property Tax Levy of $12,694,145.00 for this period.
