Item # 5 - Village Administrator’s Report: Due to the weather today, commercial cardboard, bulk and garbage pick-up were suspended. The revised schedule was posted on the website and email blasted. The first day of in-house Village garbage pickup will be Monday, March 13th. Village Board of Trustees Regular Meeting Tuesday, February 28, 2023 Item # 6 - Mayor’s Report The Mayor has been working with The Westchester Municipal Officials Association Housing Committee; they have been in dialog with the Governor’s team and the Division of Housing and Community Renewal to share concerns regarding the Governor’s Housing Compact. Mayor Mullen will be releasing a letter to the community, and more to follow on that. Thank you to the DPW folks who worked through the night and into the morning during the snowstorm to keep the streets looking great. Item # 7 - Public Comments No public comment. Now, therefore, be it resolved, as follows: 1. Now, therefore, be it resolved, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Pelham hereby authorizes the Village Administrator to execute the attached Inter-Municipal Agreement between the Village of Pelham and Village of Scarsdale for the disposal of organic waste. Now, therefore, be it resolved, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Pelham hereby authorizes the Village Administrator to execute the attached Inter-Municipal Agreement between the Village of Pelham and Village of Scarsdale for the disposal of organic waste.
