MINUTES PELICAN RAPIDS CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC LIBRARY JANUARY 3, 1996 3:15 P.M. The City Council of the City of Pelican Rapids met in a continued from regular meeting on 1-3- 96, at 3:15 p.m., in the Pelican Rapids Public Library meeting room. Present: Mayor James O. McDonald, Councilmembers Phil Stotesbery and Wayne Runningen. Absent: Councilmembers Paulette Nettestad and LeRoy Martens. Also present: Administrative Assistant Richard A. Jenson, Deputy Clerk-Treasurer Glenys Ehlert, City Attorney Scott Dirks, and Gary Peterson of Pelican Rapids Press. Meeting called to order by Mayor James O. McDonald at 3:30 p.m. City Attorney Scott Dirks reviewed Ordinance No. 96-1. Motion by Stotesbery, seconded by McDonald to adopt Ordinance No. 96-1 entitled: AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PELICAN RAPIDS TO INCLUDE CERTAIN LAND OWNED BY THE CITY OF PELICAN RAPIDS AND ABUTTING THE CITY LIMITS OF PELICAN RAPIDS.
