NEW BUSINESS Consideration of a motion to adopt Ordinance #2016-1, establishing certain real estate taxes for the fiscal year 2016 in the amount of 21.87 mills for general borough purposes, 1.5 mills for fire protection services, and 3.5 mills for debt service, as provided under the PA Borough Code Consideration of a motion to borrow up to $150,000 from the sewer fund for general fund bills with an interest rate of 1.75% (TAN rate quoted by Penn Community Bank) as recommended by Mike Savona and Bob Pellegrino 14.
