COUNCIL OR BOROUGH ANNOUNCMENTS  Borough meetings are recorded for the purpose of preparing the minutes  Complaints – All borough complaints need to be documented on borough complaint forms 5. PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS  It is requested that all persons wishing to speak before Council state their name and address for the record. In the interest of facilitating the business of Council, all persons addressing Council shall be limited to three (3) minutes unless such time is extended by the Council President for good cause. 6.
