1. CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE – 7:30 P.M. End 9:00

3. SCHOOLHOUSE COURT
Motion to approve the granting of a temporary use and occupancy permit for Lot 2 of the
Schoolhouse Court Subdivision conditioned upon: 1) the submission of a Land
Development Application for modification or waiver with respect to the driveway at Lot 2
or any other non-compliance with the previously approved plan and Borough SALDO
(“Application”); and 2) the submission and, where required, approval of any and all
engineering reports (“Reports”), including, but not limited to, the report concerning the
garage for the Lot 2 property, requested by the Borough Building Inspector and Code Officer
or any other applicable official with respect to the property, which have not been
satisfactorily provided. Said Application and Reports shall be filed within thirty (30) days
of the approval of this Motion and shall satisfy all applicable requirements governing Land
Development Waiver applications and the Reports shall satisfy the Borough Building
Inspector and Code Officer, or any other applicable official. In the event
Developer/Applicant fails to comply with all the requirements of this Motion within thirty
(30) days of approval of the Motion by Council, the grant of authority under this Motion
shall automatically expire and be void. As such, until these conditions are satisfied, no
temporary Use and Occupancy permit will be issued. In approving the grant of the
temporary use and occupancy permit, the Borough does not confirm, in any circumstance,
the final inspection of the property subject to this Motion.

5. PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS
• It is requested that all persons wishing to speak before Council state their name for the record. In
the interest of facilitating the business of Council, all persons addressing Council shall be limited
to three (3) minutes unless such time is extended by the Council President for
good cause.
