1. Deerfield Land Development Project: Possible motion to approve an extension
request to June 5, 2023 by the Applicant for a decision by Council
2. PA Small Water Grant: Possible motion to transfer Application to the Flood
Mitigation Program as recommended by DCED
3. Montgomery County Housing and Community Development CDBG Grant
application filing due April 10, 2023: Possible motion to authorize the
Administrative Manager to work with the Engineer to file a Grant Application to seek

funding for mill and overlay of Lakeview Terrace and possibly reconstruct a portion
of Seminary Street
4. 125/129 4th Street Fire Escrow: Possible motion to approve returning remaining
escrow in the amount of approximately $20,300.00 and close the Bank Escrow
Account
5. Thomas J. Anderson Police Pension Consultants: Possible motion to terminate the
services of Thomas J. Anderson
6. UPPD Investment Advisor: Possible motion to advertise for Request for Proposals
7. UPPD Actuary Services: Possible motion to advertise for Request for Proposals
8. PSSC Escrow Release: Possible motion to approve final construction escrow release
