Resolution #1-2025 authorizing Pennsburg Borough to recognize Pennsburg Fire Co. No. 1 and officially accord it the status as Voluntary Fire Company 2. One Year Appointed Positions: Secretary -Treasurer/Administrative Manager Legal Counsel Engineer Code & Zoning Enforcement Auditing Firm Open Records Officer Fire Marshal Vacancy Board 2. Three Year Appointment – Zoning Hearing Board Resolution #2-2025 reappointing Matt Christy to serve a three-year term on the Zoning Hearing Board 1 3. (2) Six Year Appointments - Civil Service Commission Possible motion to appoint Patrick Suter to a six-year term as a member Possible motion to appoint Stacie De Angelis to a six-year term as an Alternate 4.
