AGENDA Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Public Comment Period: Non-Agenda Items Visitors: Christine Bates, Branch Manager UPV Library Montco 2040 Grant for the Community Thrift Shop Communications/Announcements: • The Zoning Hearing scheduled for January 12th has been continued on a date TBD • Pennsburg Borough was awarded an LSA for the purchase of two police vehicles in the amount of $128,728.00. CONSENT AGENDA: Possible motion to approve: • Minutes of the January 5th Council Meeting and January Treasurer’s Report COMMITTEE REPORTS MAYOR’S REPORT ENGINEER’S REPORT UPPD REPORT UNFINISHED BUSINESS 1. Code Blue Shelter- review of submitted documents NEW BUSINESS 1. Possible motion to support the Community Thrift Shop’s Application for a Montco 2040 Implementation Grant 2. Possible motion to authorize payment to Gaver Industries, DBA Barker & Barker Paving, for the completion of Lakeview Terrace in the amount of $208,052.00 contingent upon approval of the County 1 3. Resolution #2026-6: Updating and approving the Pennsburg Borough Emergency Operations Plan- Possible motion to adopt 4. Resolution #2026-7: 2022 Hazardous Mitigation Plan- Possible motion to adopt 5. Resolution #2026-8: Recognizing April 2026 as “PA 811 Safe Digging Month” Possible motion to adopt 6. LSA Grant: Possible motion to authorize deposit payment in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00 for police vehicle equipment 7. Municipal Finance Partners Invoice for the UPPD Pension Plan: Possible motion to approve payment directly from the pension plan in the amount of $3,000.00 8. Municipal Finance Partners Invoice for the Non-Uniformed Pension Plan: Possible motion to approve payment directly from the pension plan, in the amount of $3,500.00 9. Deerfield Escrow Account (Hendricks): Possible motion to approve returning the balance in the escrow in the amount of $5,329.49 10. Municipal Lot at the Rite Aid location: Possible motion to authorize the Solicitor to draft an easement/agreement 16.
