Further, that City Council authorize the Mayor to take all actions necessary to execute the agreement. Sponsors: Grover C. Further that City Council authorize the Mayor to execute the contract and take all actions necessary to complete the project. Sponsors: Grover C. New Jr., Inc. for ITB #19-011 Cobb Center Gym Exterior Windows and Doors Replacement for $113,000 base bid, $5,600 additive alternate #1, and $7,700 additive alternate #2, plus a 15% contingency of $18,945, for a total amount of $145,245.
