Robinson, IV 3. 20-00141 FISCAL YEAR 2020 COMMUNITY POLICING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) - DOWNTOWN IMPROVEMENT BOARD (DIB) Recommendation: That the City Council approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Pensacola and the Downtown Improvement Board of Pensacola for the purpose of providing Community Policing Innovations within the downtown area in the City of Pensacola, Escambia County, Florida (hereinafter referred to as the “DIB District”) for the Fiscal Year 2020 in an amount not to exceed $60,000. Further, that City Council ratify the Mayor's action taken relating to the finalization of the grant.
