Miller Construction, Inc. for ITB #20-044 Legion Field Improvements base bid for $452,588.42 and additive alternate #4 for $74,970.00 for a total contract award amount of $527,558.42 plus a 10% contingency of $52,755.84, for a total amount of $580,314.26. Further, that City Council confirm the May 26, 2020 decision of the Community Redevelopment Agency to terminate the Interlocal Agreement for parking management entered into between the CRA and the Downtown Improvement Board on November 29, 2007.
