Recommendation: That City Council award Bid #20-058 Alcaniz Street Outfall to Pensacola
Bay Stormwater Treatment Enhancement Project to J Miller Construction
of Pensacola Florida, the lowest and most responsible bidder with a base
bid of $646,371.46 plus a 10% contingency in the amount of $64,637.15
for a total amount of $711,008.61. Further, that City Council authorize the
Mayor to execute the contract and take all actions necessary to complete
the project.

for the Housing Choice Voucher program for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 and
the 5-Year PHA Plan (FY2021-2025) for submission to the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Further, that City
Council authorize the Mayor to execute all documents relating to the
Plan’s submission and Program’s administration.

Economic Security (CARES) Act funding and the Proposed CDBG-CV
Program Budget and Activity Summary. Further, that City Council
authorize the Mayor to execute all documents relating to the Program
administration.

Washington High Schools and Workman Middle School in the City of
Pensacola, Escambia County, Florida for the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 in
an amount not to exceed $349,232.06.

Recommendation: That City Council accept and adopt the Affordable Housing Task Force’s
Final Report and use it as a guide for meeting the 500 units in 5 years
initiative. Further that the Task Force be dissolved upon acceptance of

BOARD FOR EQUAL SHARED COSTS OF CLEANING SERVICES
WITHIN THE DIB DISTRICT PROVIDED BY STREETPLUS COMPANY,
LLC
Recommendation: That City Council approve an Interlocal Agreement with the Pensacola
Downtown Improvement Board (DIB) for equal shared costs of cleaning
services within the DIB District provided by Streetplus Company, LLC. at
a rate of $6,641.27 per month throughout the duration of the existing
contract. Further, that City Council authorize the Mayor to take all actions
necessary to execute the Interlocal Agreement.

15. 20-00572 PARKING MANAGEMENT - APPROVAL OF A LEASE AGREEMENT

Recommendation: That City Council authorize the Mayor to execute a Lease Agreement with
the Downtown Improvement Board (DIB) for space located at the
Jefferson Street Parking Garage property for a trash compactor and to
store bollards both owned and operated by the DIB. Further, that City
Council authorize the Mayor to take all actions necessary relating to the
execution of the Lease Agreement.
