FOR PARKING MANAGEMENT OF THE WFHPI-UWF TARRAGONA PARKING LOT Recommendation: That City Council approve an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Pensacola, Florida and West Florida Historic Preservation, Inc. (WFHPI) for the parking management of the WFHPI-UWF Tarragona Parking Lot facilities under City parking management to be retroactive back to November 1, 2020.
