5. 21-00363 VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK RESTROOM - RESCIND AND AMEND
PREVIOUS ACTON
Recommendation: That City Council rescind and amend their action taken on March 25,
2021 regarding the placement of a temporary restroom trailer at
Admiral Mason Park. Further that the location be changed to the
parking spaces located in the right of way of East Romana Street
subject to application for and issuance of event permits as required for
special events. Finally, that the city work with all parties concerned for
the construction of a permanent restroom facility within Veterans
Memorial Park or such suitable location after the requisite board
reviews and inspector approvals.

RELIEF GRANT OFFER, GRANT NO. 3-12-0063-047-2021
Recommendation: That City Council approve and authorize the Mayor to execute the
acceptance of the Airport Coronavirus Relief Grant Program (ACRGP)
3-12-0063-047-2021 in the amount of $4,502,199 to help offset
declining revenue at the Pensacola International Airport as a result of
the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency. Further, that City Council
authorize the Mayor to take all actions necessary relating to the
finalization of the grant. Finally, that City Council adopt a
Supplemental Budget Resolution to appropriate the grant funds.
