ROLL CALL PRESENTATION ITEMS 1. 22-00138 PRESENTATION: ST AEROSPACE ENGINEERING - WORKFORCE DEMOGRAPHICS AND RECRUITMENT EFFORTS TO HIRE WOMEN AND MINORITIES AND UPDATE ON JOB CLASSIFICATIONS Recommendation: That City Council receive a presentation from a representative of ST Aerospace Engineering regarding their workforce demographics and recruitment efforts to hire women and minorities. Further, an update on the job classifications of women being employed and their salary range. Further, that the RFP be returned to City Council for approval prior to advertisement and that the approved RFP be advertised within 60 days of City Council’s action. Finally, that City Council allocate $75,000 for the feasibility study.
