Sponsors: Jewel Cannada-Wynn 20-00185 ADD-ON ITEM -- LEROY BOYD FORUM Recommendation: Due to Covid-19 and CDC recommendations and in an effort to continue to engage the public in a meaningful way, that City Council reduce the number of Leroy Boyd Forums conducted during any Council meeting if that meeting is being conducted via technology resources and the public is not in physical attendance. Further that Council conduct one (1) Leroy Boyd Forum at the beginning of the meeting during such circumstances. These measures are temporary.
