Robinson, IV, Jared Moore Attachments: CRA Bylaws - Proposed Amendment - Redline CRA Bylaws - Proposed Amendment - Clean 5. 20-00301 AWARD OF BID #20-049 DEVILLIERS STREET REVITALIZATION PHASE 2: FROM GARDEN STREET TO CERVANTES STREET Recommendation: That the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) award Bid #20-049 DeVilliers Street Revitalization Phase 2 to J. Miller Construction, Inc., the lowest and most responsible bidder with a base bid of $1,135,048.19 plus additive alternates #1, and #6 totaling $40,132.80 and a 10% contingency in the amount of $117,518.10 for a total amount of $1,292,699.09. Further, that CRA authorize the CRA Chairperson to execute a contract and take all actions necessary to complete the project. Sponsors: Grover C.
