Community Redevelopment Agency
The City of Pensacola Community Redevelopment Agency was created by the City
Council and is a dependent special district in accordance with the Florida State
Statutes Chapter 189 (Resolution No. 55-80 adopted on September 25, 1980; and
amended Resolution No. 22-10 adopted on August 19, 2010.)

The public may attend the meeting in person; there will be limited
seating. Consistent w/ CDC guidelines, all are required to sit at least 6
feet apart and to wear face coverings that cover their nose & mouth. The

2. 20-00707 APPROVAL OF A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN
THE M. WESTON AUDUBON SOCIETY, THE CITY OF PENSACOLA,
AND THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY PERTAINING TO
TREE AND VEGETATIVE PLANTINGS AND MAINTENANCE AT BRUCE
BEACH.
Recommendation: That the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) approve a
Memorandum of Understanding with the M. Weston Audubon Society and
the City of Pensacola for Tree and Vegetative Plantings and Maintenance
at Bruce Beach. Further, that the CRA authorize the CRA Chairperson to
take all actions necessary to execute the Memorandum of Understanding.
