A. APPROVE a RESOLUTION Designating TOWNLINE ROAD (Allen
Road to University Street) and ALLEN ROAD (Route 6 to Townline
Road) as CLASS II TRUCK ROUTES;
B. ADOPT an ORDINANCE Amending the City of Peoria CAPITAL
FUND BUDGET for the Fiscal Year 2014 to Recognize the Receipt
of TRUCK ACCESS ROUTE PROGRAM (TARP) Funds from the
Illinois Department of Transportation, in the Amount of $40,500.00,
for the TOWNLINE ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECT and the
Correlating Increase in Project Expense;
C. AWARD an Additional $40,500.00 of TRUCK ACCESS ROUTE
PROGRAM Funds to the TOWNLINE ROAD RECONSTRUCTION
PROJECT as Additional Contract Contingencies (Refer to Item #14-

2) ADOPT an ORDINANCE Amending APPENDIX C, the Land
Development Code, of the CODE of the City of Peoria with Respect to
