Consumption and Retail Sale of Alcohol at SPARKY’S RINGSIDE BAR &
GRILLE, 1916 N. WISCONSIN, with a Recommendation from the Liquor
Commission to Approve, with the stipulation that the following Community
Development Department concerns must be addressed: 1) The Parking lot
must be hard-surfaced and striped per the Land Development Code; 2)
Dumpster and grease container must be screened; 3) Tent in front of the
building within Beer Garden area does not meet the Land Development Code
requirements and must be removed; 4) Temporary Banners placed on the
fence in front of the building must have a valid Zoning Certificate and cannot
be in place for more than 30 days; 5) A full review through the Site Plan
Review Board and issuance of all applicable permits and certificates is
