Development with a Request to Concur with the Recommendation from the

16-097 Communication from the City Manager and Corporation Counsel with a
Request to APPROVE the SITE APPLICATION to change from a Class G-B
(beer & wine only restaurant) to a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) Liquor
License at HICKORY RIVER SMOKEHOUSE, 5101 W. HOLIDAY DRIVE, with
a Recommendation from the Liquor Commission to Approve. (Minutes will be

16-066 Communication from the City Manager and Corporation Counsel with a
Request to ADOPT an ORDINANCE Amending Chapter 2 of the CODE of the
City of Peoria Authorizing the Creation of “FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES”
within the City of Peoria.
16-077 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works with a
Request to Approve Amendment No. 8 to AGREEMENT #07-040 (The 2007
Professional Services Agreement With AMEC ENVIRONMENT &
INFRASTRUCTURE, INC. [Formerly MACTEC Engineering and Consulting,
Inc.]), with an Effective Date of March 1, 2016, and a Completion Date of
December 31, 2017, for a Total Additional Compensation Amount Not To
Exceed $1,381,500.00, to Assist the City in the Development and Negotiation
of a LONG-TERM CONTROL PLAN to Meet the Requirements of the National
Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit for the City’s
COMBINED SEWER OUTFALLS.

16-082 Communication from City Manager and Director of Public Works with a
Request to Approve the Following for All Council Districts:
A. A RESOLUTION Amending Resolution No. 14-036-A Setting Fees for
the Peoria Combined and Sanitary Sewer District INCREASING the
CITY’S SANITARY SEWER LATERAL FEE From 0.7629/CCF to
0.8773/CCF Effective May 1, 2016, and From 0.8773/CCF to
1.0089/CCF Effective May 1, 2017 for Property Owners who are
Directly Served by City Sewers; and
B. A RESOLUTION Amending Resolution No. 14-036-B Setting Fees for
the Peoria Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation District INCREASING the
CITY SEWER REHABILITATION RATE From 0.5938/CCF to
0.8016/CCF Effective May 1, 2016 and From 0.8016/CCF to
1.0822/CCF Effective May 1, 2017 for all City Property Owners who are
Directly Served by Greater Peoria Sanitary District (GPSD) or City
Sewers.
