16-253 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works with a
Request to ACCEPT the LOW BID of R.A. CULLINAN & SON, A DIVISION OF

NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES (EBNHS) For FY2016, to Modify the
Amount of Special Service Area (SSA) Funds Devoted to the Health and
