B. ADOPT an ORDINANCE Annexing Territory Located at 8004 NORTH

17-087 Communication from the City Manager and Finance Director/Comptroller with
a Request to APPROVE the Reimbursement to LODGING DYNAMICS
HOSPITALITY GROUP, Owners of the STAYBRIDGE SUITES, Up to the
Amount of $421,930.63 from their 1% HOTEL TAX Collected within the
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT for CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS to
Their Facility as the Business District Hotel Tax as Funds Become Available.
(There Is a Current Balance of $30,903.15 Available for Reimbursement.)
17-088 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works with a
Request to AUTHORIZE a Negotiation with EXPOSITION GARDENS, INC., in
an Amount Not to Exceed $118,000.00, for Right-of-Way Acquisition and
Easements of a Portion of Parcel 14-17-100-001 for the Proposed
NORTHMOOR ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (ALLEN ROAD to

17-089 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works with a
Request to APPROVE a STATE MOTOR FUEL TAX RESOLUTION, in the
Amount of $300,000.00, for Construction Engineering Services with
MILLENNIA PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OF ILLINOIS, LTD, Under Master
Services Agreement #16-119-G for the NORTHMOOR ROAD IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT (from ALLEN ROAD to UNIVERSITY STREET). (Council District 4)

Request to APPROVE the RFP PROCESS for the 2017 FACILITIES,
BOULEVARDS & RIGHTS-OF-WAY MOVING PROGRAM and the Award of
CONTRACTS, in the Total Amount of $46,000.26, as Follows:
A. CLASSY GRASS, in the Amount of $13,986.00, Plus an Additional
10% for Contingencies;
B. L & L LAWN AND MAINTENANCE, in the Amount of $32,014.26,
Plus an Additional 10% for Contingencies.
17-091 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works with a
Request to APPROVE a STATE MOTOR FUEL TAX RESOLUTION, in the
Amount of $150,000.00, for Supplement No. 1 to a Preliminary Engineering
Services Agreement with HANSON PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, INC. Under
Master Services Agreement #16-119-C for the NORTHMOOR ROAD

upon Annexation for the Properties Located at 2713 WEST SECOND STREET

17-093 Communication from the City Manager and Corporation Counsel with a
Request to APPROVE the SITE APPLICATION to Change from a Class A
