ADOPT an ORDINANCE Amending the City of Peoria 2017 AMENDED ANNUAL BUDGET Relating to the Capital Fund to Recognize the Receipt of a Federal Grant From the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) of the Department of Justice (DOJ) under the Technology Innovation Public Safety Grant and the Corresponding Expenditures, in the Amount of $165,000.00. 17-299 Communication from the City Manager and Chief of Police with a Request to APPROVE and to Authorization the City Manager to Accept the FY 17 BODY-WORN CAMERA POLICY AND IMPLEMENTATION PROGRAM from the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) of the Department of Justice (DOJ), in the Amount of $253,005.00. UNFINISHED BUSINESS (Including but not limited to motions to reconsider items, if any, from the previous Regular Meeting) 17-295 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works with a Request for the Following: A. APPROVE the Selection Process and Direct Staff to Enter into an AGREEMENT with HEARTLAND PARKING INC., in the Amount of $496,512.26, to Install and Implement New Parking Access and Control Equipment for the Four City Parking Decks. NEW BUSINESS CITIZENS' OPPORTUNITY TO ADDRESS THE CITY COUNCIL/TOWN BOARD EXECUTIVE SESSION ADJOURNMENT All matters listed under CONSENT AGENDA are considered to be routine and non -controversial by the City Council/Town Board and will be enacted by one motion and one roll call vote. There will not be separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired by a Citizen or Members of the City Council /Town Board, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and discussed immediately after approval of the Consent Agenda.
