UNFINISHED BUSINESS ITEM NO. 12 CONTINUED DISCUSSION Regarding the SUMMARY OF SIGNIFICANT RISK LETTER dated MAY 18, 2023, with Request to Receive and File or to Take Other Action Deemed Necessary. ITEM NO. 13 CONTINUED APPLICATION for REGULAR RETIREMENT PENSION for FIRE CAPTAIN DONALD G. WALKER to become effective June 11, 2023, (last day paid by the City June 10, 2023) based on 72.7083% of his Annual Salary of $115,437.44 (which includes longevity). Pension to be paid for the remaining 20 days of June, in the Amount of $4,662.92 and $6,994.38 for every month thereafter with recommendation for the Board to APPROVE.
