All applicants are encouraged to attend the meeting in a way that they may be able to communicate easily when their project is being reviewed. This can be accomplished by accessing the meeting via computer where a name can be displayed, or by downloading the GoToMeeting app on a smartphone. If one uses the “dial in” option, they cannot see the meeting, nor can they be recognized personally as their name will be displayed simply as “Caller #.” Applicants should inform me ahead of time if they will not be able to attend so that I may request additional information to present in their place during the meeting.
