All applicants are encouraged to attend the meeting in a way that they may be able to communicate easily when their project is being reviewed. This can be accomplished by accessing the meeting via computer where a name can be displayed, or by downloading the Zoom app on a smartphone. If one uses the “dial in” option, they cannot see the meeting, nor can they be recognized personally as their name will be displayed simply as their phone number. Applicants should inform me ahead of time if they will not be able to attend so that I may request additional information to present in their place during the meeting.
