Public Hearings: a. 17-REZ-AMEND 01: A request of Berkeley Estates Holding Company (Robert Snead) to amend the proffers of Exhibit A “Berkeley Estates Subdivision” previously approved with ordinance 08-Ord-18 adopted February 19, 2008. The following changes are proposed: 1. To change the tentative approval of 63 single family residential lots of section 5 of Berkeley Estates to be changed to allow townhomes, which requires the change in zoning from R-1 “Single Family” to RTH “Residential Town House”, and allow the construction of approximately 145 units. 8.
