The property is zoned “RB”, Office- Apartment District, and located in the Poplar Lawn Historic District. 19-REZ-AMEND-01: Request of 110 South Perry, LLC (Thomas E. Rossman) to amend an approved Rezoning Ordinance 10-Ord-101, which permits the Planned Unit Development (PUD) dated December 14, 2010, by changing condition 3 (a): to say Multifamily, delete market rate rental apartments. 3(b): to say General commercial and delete Retail Type including restaurant services. Delete 3(c) which says office type uses, provided proposed square footage. 3(d) now becomes 3(c). Delete 12 (a-f).
