Public Hearings: 2020-REZ-03: Petition submitted by Mr. Nick Walker of Roslyn Farm Corporation to rezone the property at 550 Rives Road, T.P. 102-050001, 23.650 acres, and 601 Rives Road, T.P. 102-040001, 22.1 acres, from B-2, General Commercial District to M-1, Light Industrial District, to accommodate an industrial business. The subject properties are located between I-95 and I-295, along Rives Road, along the border of the City of Peterburg and Prince George County. 2020-REZ-04: Petition submitted by Dale and Linda Pittman to rezone the property at 235 Hinton Street, T.P. 010-220027, .360 acres, 243 Hinton Street, T.P. 010-220028, .201 acres, and 247 Hinton Street, T.P. 010-220029, .177 acres, from R-3, Two-Family District to PUD, Planned Unit Development District, to permit use of the property as residential, commercial, and business spaces that would include hospitality use, and event space for weddings and other social gatherings.
