Motion to recommend Borough Council approve a Temporary Community Event Application for the Firebird Festival at Reservoir Park on Saturday, December 12, 2026 from 4:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Street closure – Parts of Dayton, Franklin and Filmore based on police and staff review from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Conditioned upon receipt of all fees and valid Certificate of Insurance naming Borough as Additional Insured. C. Motion to recommend Borough Council approve the Civil War Centennial Memorial Proposal. D. Motion to recommend approval of Mannion Fabrication and Mannion Coatings to repaint trash receptacles and lids for Borough Parks. E. Motion to recommend approval of painting and lighting of the Canon House. F. Motion to schedule a ribbon cutting for the newly installed bell in Reeves Park. G. Motion to recommend Borough Council reschedule the 2026 Fireworks due to extreme weather conditions on original date. H.
