Discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance 723B amending the voting ward boundaries of the City of Piedmont, Oklahoma, to achieve and maintain substantial equality of population among the voting wards, and to form wards which are formed of compact and contiguous territory by amending Part One, Chapter Three, Section 1-302 of the Piedmont Code of Ordinances; providing for repealer and severability. Discussion, consideration, and possible action concerning adopting the emergency clause for Ordinance 723B relating to amending the voting ward boundaries of the City of Piedmont, Oklahoma MOTION______________________________________________________________________________ C. Discussion, consideration, and possible action for City Manager to enter into an agreement with Oklahoma City for reconstruction of NW 164th/Washington Street between Mustang Rd. and Sara Road not to exceed $530,000.
