STAFF PRESENT Executive Assistant, Nancy Armstrong 1) CALL TO ORDER —Chairman Paul Francel called meeting to order at 6: 25p. m. 2) ROLL CALL —Chairman Paul Francel called roll, a quorum was present. 3) CONSENT AGENDA —All items on the consent agenda are non -controversial and may be approved by one motion. a) Approval of Minutes of the Special Park & Recreation meeting on November 24, 2014. Paul Francel made motion to postpone approval of minutes from the Park & Recreation meeting on October 19, 2015. Motion was seconded by Tamara States. The Vote was: AYE: Chairman Paul Francel, Tamara States, and Barbara Groomis. NAYE: None b) Approval of Park & Recreation Board Meeting dates for 2016. The Vote was: AYE: Chairman Paul Francel, Tamara States, Crystal Barefield, and Barbara Groomis. NAYE: None Tamara States made a motion to approve the 2016 dates. Motion was seconded by Barbara Groomis. 4) CONSIDERATION OF ITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT AGENDA — None  5) PUBLIC HEARING —Topics to include those items not listed in the agenda. When the second ( 2nd) Monday is a holiday, legally declared by the State of Oklahoma, the meeting will be held the following day. All meetings of the City of Piedmont' s Park & Recreation Board will normally begin at 6: 30 P.M. at the George Fina Municipal Building, 314 Edmond Road Northwest. Public notice of the meetings will be posted at the front door of the George Fina Municipal Building at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legally declared holidays, setting forth thereon the date, time, place, and agenda for the meeting.
