1. CALL TO ORDER- Chairman Patrick Scott called the meeting to order at 6:00pm
2. ROLL CALL- Community Development Director, Julie Steele called roll and a quorum was present.
3. CONSENT AGENDA- All items on the consent agenda are non-controversial and may be approved by
one motion for items.
A. Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes on November 6th, 2023.
B. Approval of Planning Commission 2024 Meeting Dates
Vice Chairman Kyle Cornman made a motion to approve all items on the consent agenda. Commissioner Jennifer
Ochoa seconded this motion.

Commissioner Brock Garrison and Chairman Patrick Scott

4. HEARING OF CITIZENS- Topics to include those items listed in the agenda.

OPEN/CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
Chairman Patrick Scott opened and closed public hearing without objection.
A. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on an application for two (2) Building Move
Permits to relocate two (2) modular buildings from Fort Worth, Texas to the Piedmont
Intermediate School at 977 Washington Ave NW for the following described property:
A TRACT OF LAND IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW/4) OF SECTION THIRTY-TWO
(32), TOWNSHIP FOURTEEN (14) NORTH, RANGE FIVE (5) WEST OF THE INDIAN
MERIDIAN, CANADIAN COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: A#5-PT SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW/4) BEGINNING 222.35’
WEST OF SOUTHEAST CORNER (SE/C); THENCE NORTH 777.467’
Chairman Patrick Scott made a motion to recommend approval to City Council. Commissioner James Fickes
seconded this motion.

Commissioner James Fickes, and Vice Chairman Kyle Cornman
